Ignite Fall Sessions Open Soon!

We hope all of you had a great Summer! 2016 has been an outstanding year so far for Ignite Athletes and clients, we are hoping to keep the momentum going with our Fall programs. I have inlcluded the proper links this time.

We are offering:

Basketball Pre-Season Training The first part of the session will focus on quality of movement. It will be comprised of a dynamic warm-up, movement drills, plyometyrics, injury prevention and proper movement mechanics. The second half of the session we will spend in the weight room working on strength, power and proper lifting technique.

FUNdamentalsAthletes will develop fundamental movement skills, including the ABCs of Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. Athletes will participate in a fun and challenging multi-sport environment.

In-SeasonThis is a group for High School athletes in grade 11 and 12 who want to train during the football season. This group will train from 7:30pm to 8:30pm pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Athletes will be charged for 2 workouts a week, as with their game schedule will most likely not be able to make all three. 

Ignite Weightlifting Club - The Ignite Weightlifting team/club will be a small group training environment; which will include supervised sessions by knowledgeable Weightlifting coaches, training programs that prepare you for competition and constant feedback on how to improve your performance. Open to all ages and experience levels, if you want to become a competitive Weightlifter or use Weightlifting as a method of training for a different sport this program is for you! We will also compete in Weightlifting meets.
