Saskatoon Slam- Prairie Season Opener

This is a March update for the Saskatoon Slam Prairie Season Opener on April 26-28, 2013.

Due to enormous amount of interest we have expanded the tournament field to allow additional entries!!!!

We now have over
54 teams committed to the tournament, including teams from Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. With this increased demand we will be limiting registrations as many divisions now have 8 to 16 teams. 

PLEASE have your registration and payment to the tournament registrar by April 1st to ensure participation.(Registration fees are non refundable after April 1st), Rosters will be due April 12th to be included in the Program.

Blocks of hotel rooms have been set aside but many expire this week please notify your parents to book now as that weekend has many events in Saskatoon and rooms are going fast.

Please forward your Registration Form as soon as possible to ensure participation.

  • U17 Boys & Girls
  • U15 Boys & Girls
  • U13 Boys & Girls

  • Maximum 16 teams per Division
  • 2 SABO officials per game
  • Scorekeepers provided by Slam
  • 4 games guarantee with half the teams playing 5th game in the medal round


Cost: $450.00, includes tournament admission for players and 2 coaches.

Accommodations: Special tournament room rates are available at selected hotels, details provided on our website.
